The hotel promised we will be able to use the dining room as a meeting place, which worked well in the first afternoon and evening, but not in the next morning, although hardly anybody used the room after breakfast

What was the highlight of Maswada Plaza Hotel
A perfect way to wind down not only by the sea but also in the hotel
The staff was very friendly, eager to help you and despite the fact that we had some problems with the beds in the room during the night, they acted admirably and they immediately changed our room with a similar one. The breakfast was extremely diverse ranging from European food to local dishes. Moreover, the hotel is located in the city centre and it provides transfer to a private beach to spend the day under the bright sun of Aqaba.

What was the highlight of Maswada Plaza Hotel
Central location but not clean
The location is very central and the price is ok, compared to other hotels, however, it should be more clean. Parking was immediately made available for us by the hotel staff.
The room was not cleaned and some of the furniture was falling apart. Internet was not available in our room for most of our stay so we needed to use our data. Also, the room was scarce on some supplies, e.g toilet paper.

Great location!
The balcony and the view of the city was very nice. Location is right in the center of town. A few minutes walking to Carrefour, shops, restaurants and public, local beach. The A/C in the room worked well. Great closet space. Mini bar is nice to have. Hot water worked well. Beds were comfy and linens smelled clean. Staff was nice about lending us an electric kettle. Breakfast is buffett style with lots of Jordanian dishes. Staff were very nice and really try to accommodate your needs!
The WiFi was by far the worst we've experienced in all of Jordan. The room is a bit tight between the bed, the desk and sitting area. It was hard for two people to move around or sit anywhere. We booked in the high season so we felt the price was too high.
